This home is Family Friendly and offers many amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to leave the pack 'n play at home. The beach is right in front of the house. The home features two Master Bedroom Suites and is close to the Cerritos and San Pedrito surf breaks. For outdoor fun when you need a break from the beach and the pool, the property includes a putting green, bocce ball, and a horseshoe pit. The home is the only rental in the area that offers a putting green, bocce ball court, and horseshoe pit, which is in addition to the heated pool and hot tub, ensuring endless fun and priceless memories. Layout and Accommodations The main level includes: A primary bedroom suite with a King size bed. A kids room which includes two Queen beds (one of which has an upper twin bunk). The kitchen and living room. Upstairs is dedicated to the final bedroom, which is another primary suite with a King size bed and an upstairs patio. Beach Access Gavilan beach is approximately 100 yards in front of the house and is a beautiful beach for taking walks or collecting seashells. The Pedrito surf break is about a mile away at the far south end of Gavilan beach. Cerritos beach is also about a mile away from the house, but there is a rock point that separates Gavilan and Cerritos beaches, so direct access is not possible. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage.
